Terms and Conditions
1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing a MyWash Subscription Membership (the ‘Club’) online at www.mywash.club or at any MyWash location, and by providing a valid payment method, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must cancel your membership and discontinue use of the services.
2. Membership Plans and Services
Available plans include MySignature, MyVIP, MyPremier, and MyDeluxe in both monthly and annual durations.
MyWash reserves the right to modify plans, pricing, or features at any time. Any fee increase will take effect 30 days after notice posted at locations, on our website, or communicated to you.
Services and hours may vary by location and may be affected by weather, maintenance, holidays, upgrades, or other events.
A paid membership provides washes, up to 2 a day, for the registered vehicle during the active billing period.
3. Auto-Renewal and Billing
Membership begins upon purchase of a subscription membership with a valid debit or credit card (Payment Method).
Your membership will automatically renew monthly or annually, dependent on plan selection, and your Payment Method will be charged until you cancel, or we terminate the membership.
You may cancel at any time without penalty, subject to the notice requirements below.
4. Vehicle Identification
MyWash utilizes License Plate Recognition (LPR) to identify your vehicle. Plates must remain visible and unobstructed.
Aftermarket plate covers may interfere with LPR functionality.
Membership transfer to a new license plate is permitted once per 6-month period without additional review and approval.
Plate swapping is strictly prohibited.
5. Eligibility and Use
Membership applies to one personal, non-commercial vehicle.
Commercial vehicles (including taxis and limousines) are not eligible. Contact customer.service@mywash.club for fleet options.
Family plan discounts are available for direct purchase at any MyWash location.
6. Introductory and Limited Time Offers
Discounted introductory periods may be offered at MyWash’s discretion. After the discount expires, regular rates apply unless canceled before the end of the introductory period.
MyWash may revoke discounts if eligibility requirements are not met.
7. Payment Terms
You authorize MyWash to charge your Payment Method for membership fees and any applicable surcharges.
If payment fails and you do not cancel, service will be suspended until a valid Payment Method is provided.
Update your Payment Method online, on the MyWash App or at any location. Payment cannot be updated over the phone.
8. Cancelation Policy
Cancel at least 5 days before your renewal date to avoid charges for the next billing cycle. It is the customers responsibility to cancel prior to the next billing date. No refunds provided for late notification of cancellation.
Cancel online, in person, by app, by email (customer.service@mywash.club), or by phone (260-243-3513).
Membership continues through the end of the current billing period.
No refunds for partial months. Refunds or credits are at MyWash’s sole discretion.
9. Communication
Maintain a valid email or mobile number for notices and updates. Electronic communications satisfy legal requirements for written notices.
10. Disclaimers and Liability
Services are provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ without warranties of any kind.
MyWash is not liable for damage to vehicles, including but not limited to: Vehicles 5+ years old, pre-existing damage, aftermarket parts, antennas, racks, glass, loose items, electric running boards, or damage from vacuums/mat washers.
Damage claims must be submitted in writing before leaving the premises.
11. Customer Responsibilities
Be kind and courteous to all staff members.
Follow all posted signs and staff instructions.
Remove tow hitches and empty truck beds.
Vehicles must not be excessively muddy.
MyWash may refuse service if requirements are not met. Customers are liable for damage caused by non-compliance.
